Unscheduled work exceptions allow users to track exceptions for unscheduled work, as well as job codes that are tracked by day of week.

Step by Step:

To configure these exceptions:

1 – Expand the Unscheduled Work Exceptions section in the Configure Job Code Wizard.

2 – To enable the setting for the job code, place a check mark next to Participates in unscheduled work exception.

3 – Beneath that, put check marks next to the Select days job code can be worked on, if you are tracking Job code day of week exceptions.

4 – Click Save at the bottom of the wizard, and repeat the process for other job codes as needed.

5 – Save the employee’s profile.

Please note that these changes can be made to multiple employees at once using the Global Modification tool.
