My employee’s have been performing clock operations, where do I go to view and or make changes to their hours?

Answer/Solution

Any users coming in to TimeClock Plus 7.0 from a previous version of TimeClock Plus will notice that there have been some changes in terminology and layout. Where in all previous versions users looking to view hours would enter into Edit Hours by browsing to Employee > Edit Hours, they will now access the newly named section Individual Hours by browsing to Hours > Individual Hours.

Viewing hours

  1. Log into TimeClock Plus
  2. Choose Hours > Individual Hours
  3. Select an employee from the list on the left
  4. When you select the employee, their hours will show up on the right

 

Adding Hours 

If I want to add a segment to an employee:

  1. Log into TimeClock Plus
  2. Choose Hours > Individual Hours
  3. Select an employee from the list on the left
  4. Choose Add Segment
  5. Specify the correct In and Out time/date, along with the correct Job Code for this segmentNOTE! If you are adding just the In punch for an employee, check the box that says “Individual is clocked in”
  6. Click Save

 

Editing hours

  1. Log into TimeClock Plus
  2. Choose Hours > Individual Hours
  3. Select an employee from the list on the left
  4. All changes can be made by either highlighting the shift and clicking on the Manage Segments button or by right-clicking a shift and making a selection. Among the changes that can be made are:
    • Edit: Allows the user to make any changes to the Date In/Out, Time In/Out, and Job Code used
    • Delete: Will delete the selected shift from the employee record.
    • Add Break: Allows the user to add a break
    • Toggle Break: Allows the user to tie the segment with the one below it (if applicable)
