I need to allow employees to use TimeSheets from the On-Screen TimeClock.

 

Answer / Solution

Please note: This is only available for Web Edition 3.0 and Professional Edition 6.0

6.0/Web 3.0

  • Log in to TimeClock Manager as an Admin user
  • Configuration>Preferences>Defaults
  • Client Settings
    • Miscellaneous
      • On-Screen TimeSheet Entry
        • Make sure this is filled out correctly.
        • Click OK

6.0

  • Right-click gear in top left corner of On-Screen TimeClock
  • Configure Settings
  • Double-click the appropriate configuration (normally this will be Default and will appear in red)
  • Check the option to “Display TimeSheet button”
  • Click Ok

Web 3.0

  • Browse to the WebClock site
  • Click Configuration
  • Log in as an Admin user
  • Click Configure Settings
  • Double click on the appropriate configurations (normally this will be Default and will appear in red)
  • Check the “Display TimeSheet Button” option
  • Click Ok
